 Terms & Conditions:
» Taxes extra (10%) to be settled at the time of making the reservation at the concerned Sales Office.
» 5% surcharge applicable on all packages where the stay overlaps a Saturday OR Sunday OR a Public Holiday. This surcharge will be collected at the time of payment for the reservation.
» Rate applicable per night with a minimum two-night stay clause.
» Offer not valid from December 24th 2006 to January 02 2007.
» Once the reservation is made the entire payment for the reservation has to be collected upfront for the confirmation of the reservation.
» Child- 5 Yrs. 12 yrs Supplement: for extra bed for child at Rs. 800 + Taxes per night, Extra bed for an adult at Rs. 1500 + taxes.
» Two children below the age of 12 years would be accommodated in Lagoon Suite at no additional cost without an extra bed ON ROOM ONLY BASIS.
» Extra pax –with one extra bed only in a Lagoon Suite.
» Check in 1400 Hrs and Check out 1200 Hrs.
» In the event that there is a cancellation of a confirmed reservation – one night’s retention is applicable.
» Postponement – In the event, a confirmed reservation is changed, one night’s incremental deposit would be charged in addition to the package price. (Eg: INR 11000 will be charged for a Pavilion Room.)
» Rates Applicable to Indians and Foreigners with valid work permits in India.
